    I just made this, and it is awesome. I needed something to bring to a Memorial Day party and this is a hit. Highly recommend making it exactly as Chef Ange instructs. I will definitely make this a few times more before summer end. Thank you Chef Ange.

    I love this recipe. It was always on the sides list when I was still doing pig roasts.

    Hi Chef
    Great salad! Had to go out and get few items for the vinaigrette dressing. I added some olives and jalapenos. Smoking dude, thanks again for making my life easier in the cooking department! 🤠

    Sound effects are back loud and clear and I love it. This salad looks delicious but I am not a lover of cilantro what else could be used in place of it. Thanks Chef Ang love your videos!!!

    Hello chef Ange Can I leave this salad overnight in the fridge?

    • @ChefAnge
      @ChefAnge  2 роки тому +1

      Totally. The avocado might brown a little but would be great the next day.

    Sorry most of the people I know do not like selantro in any way shape or fashion, so I usually substitute leaf basil. Have had no CV complaints to this substitution.

    This is a lot of dressing for this particular salad. And the soy sauce adds a lot of salt.

    • @ChefAnge

      What’s a lot?

    • @libbyworkman3459
      @libbyworkman3459 6 місяців тому

      Any salt at all is a lot because the canned vegetables already are salted. It’s supposed to be healthful. Most recipes online add maybe lime juice to perk up the flavors a bit. You are adding lots of oil and soy sauce. And making a great deal of dressing. When you go to a restaurant, the dressing is usually in a tiny little cup on the side. Which makes it optional to add as one chooses. You are making a bowlful to add to the salad.
