Hi Mr Steven, i'd like to ask a question about an important situation. When i do neck extension as you instruct, it develops a hard nausea. But it doesn't occur when doing flexions. Similarly, when i do back extension exercise at gym, with the 45 degree extension bench, i have strong low back pain. Not a pain exactly but a disturbing feeling that area gets hard as a wood block! It gets disturbingly toned and it lasts at least 15 minutes...does these make a sense to you? Do you have a diagnosis

I'm curious about my previous comment. Have you got it?
