Got a group of friends that i hangout with outside of school for the first time in hight school (im in grade 10). A simple thing you can do to start would be to ask him to hang out one on one, that might allow you the chance to get closer with him to see if your personalities connect!

A method I want to try that I came up with my self: A note in the locker. The thing is, it's encrypted. She is pretty smart, so the note is in hexadecimal and octal (programming languages). It has hints on it and she need to decode it. It say bla bla bla secret admirer bla bla bla hints bla bla bla phone number bla bla.
