an f-150 will be left in the dust by an mx-5 on a track not to mention a 'mid tier' sports cars like the lotus elise or honda s2000. No offense, but the f-150 is far from a track car.
heck, it could probably even be smoked by an Abarth 595 or a Mini JCW.

Actually, it has nothing to do with the german law. The EU forced all their countries to outsource trikes from normal cars (class b) to motorbikes (class A). Now you can drive trikes up to 15kw with A1 and over 15KW with class A. People can get the A1 driver licence already in the age of 16, so a clever father changed a small car a bit, so its a trike by law (search for ellenator). These cars dont have a speed limit, however they dont driver faster than around 90km/h because of the lack of power.
And you all should be glad it reaches already 90km/h, that way it is not blocking and drives as fast as trucks on the right lane. Imagine it would reach just 61km/h, so you are legally permited to use the Autobahn but blocking all people there.
Just wanted to make it clear. Politics did not intend to allow young drivers with a moped licence to drive a small and slow car. Just one of the stupid driver licence law changes we got because of the EU.
It looks like a modern imitations of the BMW Isetta

In Germany you need to be at least 18 years to drive a car. This type of vehicle doesen't count as a car and you can drive it with the A1 license (motorcyle) and you can drive it with 16 years.

Yes it's a tractor powered sweeper for cleaning the track. The first is an MB Trac 1100 and the second one a Valtra btw.

The title doesn't say crazy vehicles compilation. It says NÜRBURGRING crazy vehicles Compilation NORDSCHLEIFE. You won't see pick up trucks or scooters at the nurburgring. These vehicles are crazy for the track and they most of the time only do a single lap ever.

Guglielmo Guidi i saw a Seat which also had this weird wheels in Düsseldorf.
So in Germany, a person who is a year under the age to drive can perform this conversion to a car, it makes it legally in the same class as a moped. It's de-tuned to 20hp as well. Costs about 5000.
