    I tried this and I am still not getting the right answer. Are the 2 vectors you use to define the plane arbitrary or is there a specific point I need to subtract from the other two in order to get the correct vectors?

      I was wondering if you could quickly help me out with this question... not totally sure how to do it: Find a vector of length 2 orthogonal to the plane 3x - 4z = 5 ...?

    If you have a vector length and an equation, what do we do? Thanks for the video by the way it really helped!

    Krista. Great video but I have a question, what software do you use?

    • @kristakingmath

      Hey, Marcus! The software is called Sketchbook, it's made by Autodesk. :)

    could you please tell me if i given two lines first one is S: x=y+1=z+2 and r: 2x=2y+2=3z+2 how do we convert this forms of lines into parametric form

    Plz help me, does IT MEAN THE VERTICES Q, P, R ARE IN COUNTER CLOCKWISE ARRANGEMENT IF WE TAKE CROSS PRODUCT AS PQ X PR. What i mean is if three points three points are given P Q and R as in the video, if they are arranged in counter clock wise order, Now WILL PQ X PR PRESERVE THE COUNTER CLOCKWISE ORDER OR BY PR X PQ

    Why is it incorrect to refer to vectors as "perpendicular"? What is the difference between orthogonal and perpendicular?

    • @bishnuparajuli9347
      @bishnuparajuli9347 7 років тому

      Perpendicular is also correct but it is good to say "orthogonal" in case of vector.

      I understand, but why is it good to say "orthogonal" in the case of vector?

      Why don't you use orthogonal instead of perpendicular in school level? It depends on context/topic and education level.
