To make the beams appear, you need to buy a fog machine, and the shooting effect is done with the rolling shutter effect (300+ fps) meaning you can’t see the shooting effect irl

It doesn’t require a license to buy it. In some countries you have to have license to operate it publicly (because it’s class 4 laser projector).
