my old resistor melted a little bit, so I stuck some copper wire in there to help the connection point come back together until I got a new resistor on Amazon and then we just replaced that working good so far
2012 Chevrolet Sonic Radiator Fan resistor.. Can't find a straight 4 in line pin resistor anywhere. All don't match my 2012 sonic. You could tell us where to by the part. Even chevy cruze part don't match

Yes its Ohm. Looking at the symbol on the digital meters screen.

I bought the entire fan assembly from rock auto and swapped just the resistor plug. I was not able to find the resistor plug as a stand alone product.
