This sounds like a big welcome back to Portal universe (technically it was half-life alyx because half-life and portal are in the same universe but whatever.....)
I mean, the game had tf2 sound effects, and that tf2 is literally the gateway that connects portal, itself, and half life into the same universe because of the ap-sap and the bread crab cosmetics. Aperture -hand- desk job is taken place in the 70s same with tf2 then it's more likely related to tf2.
@@rustyruinzBruh TF2 released in 2007 I wouldn't really call it a big welcome back to the half-life/portal universe plus I don't think TF2's insane story line would fit well into the half-life/portal timeline
@@professionalclown7166 scout is canonically a pedophile because a cosmetic has a description of scout going to a highschool to pick up girls when he was in his early 20s. There is a sapper cosmetic for the spy called the ap-sap, it's basically just a reskin sapper that is Wheatley from Portal 2. The description says "Mann Co. got a great deal from a nice lady in an abandoned science facility on a warehouse full of slightly used, possibly mildly defective sappers. Unlike our other sappers, the Ap-Sap is sentient, and will provide hours of lively, one-sided conversation while you're trying to work." Meaning that Mann Co got the ap-sap from glados. This is my reasoning that tf2 is connected to portal which is connected to half life

This song combined with Caves beautiful, raspy voice hyping you up, ugh...I love it.
Same here.
Man, this really makes me want an Aperture game in the 70s with this sort of music and aesthetic.
Man, if only valve would release a game with this soundtrack and aesthetic. Maybe something they could use as a demo for the steam deck or something
@@tylerhorihan786 LOL, you know what I mean. A full game, not a 20 minute animated short with a rail shooting segment.
@GoTi4No Fair enough. I did play some Mel. It's not bad.
@@Swaggless Mel is really good, if you still have interest in it I recommend finishing it!
@GoTi4No I personally consider mel canon lol'
Neurotoxin aside, this song goes hard
💀
I said it on the last released piece of tf2 soundtrack and I say it again: I'll kill for valve studio orchestra real instrument music
it sounds like the intro to either a game show or a buddy cop show from the 60's
Feels to me like one of those Employee Introduction videos you'd get from some mega corporation haha
@@Pendleton115 fitting, considering it is
Reminds me of Rocky
i want this kind of game but in black mesa, i want to see how much lore will expanded
One where you play as like an engineer or Gus the badass forklift driver would be cool,
Maybe in another 13 years. Jokes aside, that would be cool.

Return of the legend
Triumphal return

look at all those tubes stretching in the distance
i want this played at my funeral
a masterpiece

I really hope they make this an MVP anthem lmao
Ordering my Deck tomorrow ❤
actually reminds me of Monsters University music
This music genre is on the fucking tip of my tongue and i feel like a dumbass for not remembering, can someone tell me what genre this is?
If you remember please let me know
Jazz?
Big Band
Similar to the genre of music that Calibro 35 makes.
Acid Jazz?
This song should’ve been called moon launch excited
"Einstein, Newton, then you."
this really reminds me of Whiplash (the song from the movie), and i feel like it was on purpose since J.K Simmons played in the movie lol
Can anyone who is actually a good musician transcribe this?
i. need. a. ten. hour. version. right. now.
p l e a s e
it's referred as aperture intro in-game
do you think it's closer to be aperture entry sound
Very unusual
tf2
Question: how did you obtain these music files? Ripped them from the game?
Tis sound like that one song form half life 2 but I can't quite figure it out...
A lot of valve music sounds similar.
