I applaud Goop In Health for featuring Taryn Toomey. I was first introduced to Taryn during one of the learning modules for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)'s Integrative Health Coach Program Certificate Program, a few days ago. Taryn's presentation then and now have sparked a connection between my affinity for HIIT training, dance, yoga, and qigong. I really feel the energy moving in my body and I will continue to use Tary's unique emotional releasing technique to help me more deliberately though my personal transition into the next phase of my life.

Looks fabulous. I really like the movements a lot. I like that it's an actual workout while focusing on clearing the energy and dropping down in my body. I hope the cell phone was on airplane mode. Especially if the teachers all have to hold it through entire classes and set it on the chest and abdomen.

This is a bunch of gobble goop. Put two pretty women behind a movement and it all makes sense. This is a cathartic technique that does not create long term change. Dating back to the time of Freud, catharsis was used. The problem is we have research to suggest, it doesn’t really work. Wondering why my friend sent me this link 😕

I do this everyday at 8 am on weekdays and 7:30 am on weekends since April. Every teacher is wonderful and different. I have never felt better. 💯
