NEW Celebrating Early Color Episodes - Barnabas and David

- Barnabas Collins first appeared in episode 211. Now, with episode 295, the color episodes begin. This is a new series and features the first color episodes through back in time to 1795.
Barnabas is very concerned that the ghost of his sister Sarah would people that he is a vampire. David is playing with Sarah and hides in the mausoleum to hide from Barnabas and Willie. Everyone is looking for him.
Just an FYI - as was the case with the early color episodes, some have been lost. Episode 300 is black and white.

David certainly was a thorn for Barnabas for sure, always asking questions why why why 😂. Then Barnabas comes thru and saves David several times. The way family should act.
Barnabas should have beat his butt for breaking in, and his dad should have for constantly disobeying.
The best cliffhanger is, "Will Barnabas make it to his coffin ⚰ in time?" I absolutely love this series. I wish I had the DVD box set. I watched it in syndication throughout the years. I'm always looking forward to seeing these episodes. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
I ran home from elementary school to watch Dark Shadows. Today, I love the humor and appreciate more of the acting. I really like the different characters that "Willie Loomis" and "Carolyn Stoddard" embodied.
Oh, you don't know how many people who were older than me said that! I was home from work one day when I was 22 back in 1996. I was channel surfing and came across this series on the SyFy channel. I became addicted immediately! Then, when I went back to work, I told the older co workers about it and they said the same thing you said! "We used to run home....." And you know what? In the late 90's when it aired on SyFy, I set my VCR to record the shows and I too would rush to get home to watch it! It's a wonderful series! I'm soon to be 49 years old now, but you would think I'm older the way I love and appreciate shows that my mother and grandmother watched!

Barnabas was real bad to the bone 🦴 in the early color episodes, cruel and mean. David isn't acting like mischievous brat, he is too consumed with fear from Barnabas. 🦇

When Barnabas was hard up, the cows and pigs in Collinsport would turn up drained dry. Barnabas should have fattened David up and cooked him on the rotisserie and had him for dinner.
