Having met the brothers, and built some of these, I can confidently say these guys really do care about their product and take pride in these pergolas. These things are TANKS, and are definitely not a quick thrown together structure!

This guy really knows his business and has engineered quality into the product. “Buy quality, buy once” my dad used to say.
That's our strategy! It took a long time and lots of trial and error to get something we were happy with when offering it to the market.
What is the weight load on the center beam? Can gas lines for heaters be hidden in the posts?

This video has the bronze frame and bronze louvers. The frame on the screen is also bronze to match & it has the sun shade fabric.
We'll have balcony over kitchen nook. Can this be installed on the balcony?
Well made and so is the price. I wish it could be more affordable. I guess I will have to go to Costco!😊

can it withstand a swing?
Is the height of the pergola customizable as well? Also do you design pergolas attached to the house?
Height is adjustable yes up to 10'! Give us a call to see what you need and if that adjusts the price at all. We do not design them to be attached. Too much liability and variability in attaching surfaces on a house.

No release dates yet! We’re still prototyping and testing at the moment, but we’ll keep everyone updated!

Unfortunately we do not. Although we have had some customers arrange their own shipping outside of the continental US with a freight forwarder.
Can this pergola withstand hail?
Yes depending on the hail. If it's a tennis ball size hail, nothing really is going to handle that, but normal light hail won't be an issue. This thing will weather hail better than your house roof for a baseline idea.
