On your initial first shot…..to make adjustments for windage and elevation you wouldn’t even have to leave the bench. Hold the scope where you were aiming keeping the bow rock solid then adjust your windage and elevation to move the reticle to cover the arrow you just shot. The pre-calibrated tapes are in 10 increments just as the multi reticle scopes are. That being said you aren’t gaining anything by having tapes that are only calibrated for 10 yard increments. Why aren’t those tapes calibrated per yard just like HHA does?

So on the 20 yard mark with tape do I use the line right next to 30 or middle line or the farthest line away from 30?

Seems like if the tape starts at 30 yds, you should do initial zero'ing right at 30.
