Glad you enjoyed it. I made a video of Nai Thon Beach as well. Here it is. Nai Thon Beach Phuket Thailand - Quite Piece of Paradise - With Drone Footage ua-cam.com/video/dcbphDpehoE/v-deo.html
I really like this channel . It’s been so so valuable seeing a walk around of different areas which has really helped me make some great choices. I also really like this guy’s calm and straight forward approach which makes a change from most of the other hyped and excitable travel YT videos
Thank you very much. Glad that the videos are helpful. I do my best to show things as they are. If I see a video that has fake hype or doing something for attention I skip them. I prefer authentic so that is how I do my videos. If you ever have any questions or anything let me know and I will do my best to answer them.
You will have a great time. I’ve never stayed at the beach just made day trips but one of my friends and a few other views have done that and lived the place. The video doesn’t do the beach justice, very beautiful.
@@endlessjourneytravels thank you. I was worried it was too near the airport and would have too much noise. We are going to kuala lumpa and Bangkok first and wanted somewhere quiet.
It’s a cool beach. Nai Thon Beach to the south is also pretty cool. I flew the drone around there this trip. Nai Thon Beach Phuket Thailand - Quite Piece of Paradise - With Drone Footage ua-cam.com/video/dcbphDpehoE/v-deo.html
Thanks a lot! Very informative. Was considering this beach for a next visit, but Google reviews were mixed... This video has taken away my doubts. Thanks again!
Thank you so much. I'm coming to Thailand for six months to visit my daughter in Laguna although will be staying in various places and travelling I've just booked the Nai Yang Beach Hotel and spa for two weeks and came across your video. Very helpful, it looks beautiful
Glad I could help. You will not be disappointed when you are there. :) Phuket doesn’t have a bad beach but the ones farther south are much busier. I’m back in Bangkok now but would rather be back on the beach again. Lol
Planning to stay in Nai Yang. I've seen a banner of trip to Patong and other islands in your video, is it worth going on a tour with the long tail boat?
I’ve never done the long tail boats out of Phuket. I’ve done them in other places and have enjoyed them very much. I have also done a few different boat tours out of Phuket on the big boats as well as the speed boats to places like phi phi, Hong and James Bond islands. I would recommend any of those type of trips if you have time.
@@endlessjourneytravels Yes, monsoon usually ends early november. We've had perfect weather there in October as well. But going in the end of the monsoon season is normally a bit risky
@@ChalermchaiWattanawongpitu-y4z this is a great little beach. Phuket has gotten too busy the last 10 years so it’s nice to still find a bit of empty sand to sit in to enjoy the sea.
The beach is free. The national park you have to pay to go to. I’m not sure about the beach chairs. Usually you have to pay 50 to 100 baht to use but I’m not sure on this beach.
I’ve never done the smart bus so not sure what it’s route is. You could get one of the taxis to take you over there. I generally stay away from them because they are very expensive in Phuket and have had bad luck in the past. Sorry I’m not much help with this. I generally either will drive a car or ride a motorcycle to go to places.
We are considering accommodation around Nai Yang but was wondering if it'll be too far from the Southern beaches like Rawai or Karon.... How long would it take to get from North to South? Or is it better to stay a few days in the North and then move to the South? We're a family with a baby and a toddler so am trying to minimise traveling time. But this beach is so so nice! Also are there enough eateries/Street food around the area?
This beach is very quite. There isn’t much to do other than sit on the beach. There are just a couple places to eat and a few vending carts there. In my opinion it would be better to stay at Karon or Kata beach since it has everything there. If you wanted to make a day trip to the northern beaches that is what I would do. Phuket has a lot of traffic so travel times can be an issue at times. It’s much closer to Kamala and Surin beaches and an easy trip from there. I hope that helps.
@@YingTey it’s also near the airport so you could do something like stay there the first or last night of your trip. The beach is a great beach and you would really enjoy it. When I go to Phuket I generally always try to stay on the southern part of Karon beach or at Kata. I really like that area. It’s convenient for most things on the island.
@@endlessjourneytravels Yes, that's definitely an option.. We will have some time to do that. It'll be good to acclimatize a little before heading to the busier parts? Could you rent cars easily?
@@YingTey I’ve rented a car many many times in Thailand. You need your passport and a divers license written in English. I have a Thai drivers license but the last I read you can use a valid license from the US or other western country. You can rent in Phuket. I always rent with Avis and have never had an issue with them. The only issue is driving in Thailand on the left side of the road if you are not used to it. Dodging motorcycles and other cars also takes a lot of practice and attention. Lol

Beautiful beach. You will have a good time. Glad I could help provide some information for you.
One of the best beaches in Phuket and it has a small wave if u come on dec

Can I get that hat? Bright and Namon want a hat too : )
This hat is a one of a kind. I can get a few made if you are interested. “I got a guy”.
It's just north of Nai Ton Beach..

Not loud at all. From the beach you won’t even know that they are coming in unless you watch for them.
