I do think hes a real kid who's good at football, hence real articles are made about him, but then the whole livvy rizz thing is just the tiktok guy making stuff up based on one tiktok of her hugging him - an interaction that is somewhat expected given shes a top college athlete and that same college is trying to get baby gronk to attend when he's older.
