- Last night as I was editing this video, I was going through all my old emails from 2013 - reading through factory communication from a much younger and less experienced Cassey. Looking back, the graphics were so outdated 😬 but my heart never changed: Because I love dessert and food SO MUCH, it has always been my mission to create the most DESSERTY🍦protein powder with the best COOKABILITY.
Over the past 8.5 years, I’ve tested hundreds of vegan powders and never found one I truly loved. Dairy products make me break out so whey, even though very creamy, was not an option. Plus I’ve found whey based pancakes to taste rubbery.
I needed my protein powder to DO MORE. Like, could it not only help me build muscle but also help me with my bloat issues all in one?
Well after testing multiple factories and working with top scientists and chemists in the US…

I really used to love her channel, do her workouts, etc. But as I started to kind of unwind myself from toxic diet/fitness culture, stopped focusing on how my body looked and started focusing what it could do for me, how it houses me, and on my health (most notably mental health) I noticed that some of the fitness people I'd been watching on UA-cam attributed to some things I found super toxic. I'm still really excited when I see her doing great stuff like this, because I remember when I used to really like her and it's cool how far she's come. But my ideas around exercise changed, and I just outgrew her content. I still watch fitness content tho! Just not her.

From what i am seeing, the content of this protein powder is a bit lacklustre. Per 2 scoops there is only 16 grams of protein, that’s almost half the amount of some other brands. And there is only 14 scoops in 1 container, that means after 1 week you’d have to get a new box.

@@koi.in.pond3149 idk the content of the probiotics but a lot of those pills go for $18 a bottle, also vegan only ingredients may be a bit more expensive to process. Probably won’t be on my list either though.
