I love how this series has evolved. It started out as just "Mew & Mewtwo are cats," but it's evolved into an amazing story that is very heartwarming to watch... and now it's "Mew, Mewtwo, Newtwo, & Huey are cats." And now we have more to the family with Pigment and Smoothie.
And also that ash is all Pokémon types, because if you look at all his appearances in the anime, he has been hit with all types of attacks from all the different types of Pokémon, and was fine throughout it all. Get why I think that ash is all types at once?

@@kitkatbreaker1270 The first time he died, a haunter shoved his soul back into the corpse. Maybe Ash just learned how to do it himself after he got enough practice dying? I mean, the NEXT time he died the boy had an entire stadium full of pokemon all crying at him. What if the pikachu tears didn't have any magical properties at all, but seeing a pokemon cry just gave him enough motivation to crawl back into his corpse again. For no other reason than to make the crying stop.
I like how the series turned from a comic strip where ash, mew, and mewtwo did some crazy shenanigans, and you it's all about newtwo, heuy, mew, riolu, and mewtwo. Like ash was just left outta the picture.
Also, I know you aren't the comic creator, but if you could get this to them: "If there is any pokemon you consider a dog, do you think the mews would avoid it or try to fight it? Or... just think nothing of it."
I wonder if they continue these, if SOMEONE would explain to Mewtwo that the reason riolu punches him so much is because of the fact that since riolu can sense auras and emotions, he noticed that Mewtwo aura was dark and malignant, while newtwo's aura was blue and in this case pure

So I'm guessing that a lot of Mewtwo's stuff from the beginning was eventually retconned after introducing Newtwo. Specifically referring to Mewtwo knowing about the Genesect and being able to Mega Evolve into Mega Mewtwo Y at will.

This is the only pokemon-related thing I've kept up with in years, so I'm curious just how many of them lay eggs. I always thought pretty much every kind did.
Literally all of them. Every pokemon that is capable of reproducing, does so via eggs. There are rare exceptions for pokemon that aren't naturally spawned (Ninjask and that whole 'dead skin becoming a ghost, and a seperate pokemon entirely) thing, or that one rock that's secretly 108 people sacrificed in a single horrific event so that all their souls merge together into a blob of soulstuff that then becomes a pokemon. But that's more genesis than reproduction, and it's usually the ghost types that have this weirdness. All legendaries are in the "Undiscovered" egg group, and have no known method of reproduction. Mew and Mewtwo giving live birth is something that /could/ reasonably take place, especially if the conditions for it are rare, unusual, and difficult to make happen in a laboratory setting. And it sort of makes sense given that mew is somehow the common ancestor to all pokemon, including arceus. Which gets extra weird when like ... Arceus made the universe, but Mew made Arceus.

I love how this series has evolved. It started out as just "Mew & Mewtwo are cats," but it's evolved into an amazing story that is very heartwarming to watch... and now it's "Mew, Mewtwo, Newtwo, & Huey are cats."

We really need to figure out why Ash is such a magnet for Legendary pokemon. It's downright concerning.
My theory is that ash himself is a legendary/mythical
And also that ash is all Pokémon types, because if you look at all his appearances in the anime, he has been hit with all types of attacks from all the different types of Pokémon, and was fine throughout it all. Get why I think that ash is all types at once?

I mean, the NEXT time he died the boy had an entire stadium full of pokemon all crying at him. What if the pikachu tears didn't have any magical properties at all, but seeing a pokemon cry just gave him enough motivation to crawl back into his corpse again. For no other reason than to make the crying stop.

This is the only pokemon-related thing I've kept up with in years, so I'm curious just how many of them lay eggs. I always thought pretty much every kind did.
Literally all of them. Every pokemon that is capable of reproducing, does so via eggs. There are rare exceptions for pokemon that aren't naturally spawned (Ninjask and that whole 'dead skin becoming a ghost, and a seperate pokemon entirely) thing, or that one rock that's secretly 108 people sacrificed in a single horrific event so that all their souls merge together into a blob of soulstuff that then becomes a pokemon. But that's more genesis than reproduction, and it's usually the ghost types that have this weirdness. All legendaries are in the "Undiscovered" egg group, and have no known method of reproduction.
Mew and Mewtwo giving live birth is something that /could/ reasonably take place, especially if the conditions for it are rare, unusual, and difficult to make happen in a laboratory setting. And it sort of makes sense given that mew is somehow the common ancestor to all pokemon, including arceus. Which gets extra weird when like ... Arceus made the universe, but Mew made Arceus.
