I believe this also happens when we see others behave arrogantly and events not being fair but you cannot do anything about it. You keep your Zen mode but that anger is still inside
Here's what I think that also works for me: You learn to live your life to the fullest when you let go. Let go of expectations, goodness, fortune and live to accept things as they are and try to find purpose in it. Love and respect yourself in order to love others with compassion. Don’t expect someone to come into your life to make you happy, you need to find happiness within yourself. Love yourself the way you want someone else to love you. Nothing in life has to be taken seriously. We are just a tiniest of the tiniest speck in this vast multiverse. Don’t take any bad challenge or hardship seriously but rather plan and evaluate carefully and decide passionately and purposefully. Be grateful for everything you have and don’t focus on what you lack. Aim to be calm and happy. Short meditations like the 5 seconds breath technique help to calm and center your mind. Treat every single day as if you will die that evening and as a result live how you would try to live your life with content in such a circumstance.

How do you just abstain from a job when you need the money for basic necessities? A most of what's frustrating and emotionally draining individuals are things we cannot just shy away from let alone ignore, things like a toxic job, poverty, inflation, broken economical and judicial systems, poverty, loss of loved ones, insufficient funds.

I get these the day after "business" meetings, which are actually hazing debates. The manager 🖕hazes me and it is harassment. My anxiety is still working, no hangover required. Toxic manager.
What about for people staying with energy vampire... Sucking energy daily.. daily fights and daily nuisense... Not having any activity and rather harsing people coz of whom their basic needs like shelter food is getting fulfilled basically a parasite... What to do for emotional and mental well-being... Exercise and meditation is not sufficient.. for tolerating this parasite this narsicst.. coming out of this situation is not possible as it is not my call my mother needs to take step for divorce... And there is no emotional financial or any other dependency on her to take that step.. I have been asking her to take this step for the past 2 decades.
Emotional what? Since the pandemic they have been bombarded us with some weird terms, names and adjectives without even give us time to accumulate theme. It's gonna drive us crazy.
