Hi Dana. Thanks so much for sharing this video. I have the slightly newer model but the inside looks the same. It's stopped heating. I had someone out this morning and they charged a fortune and it's still not heating. I would look myself but I don't know what all the parts are. I've read that it could be the element or the fuse or that it just needs to be reset. The guys supposedly reset and cleaned it but it's really not getting hot. Any suggestions
Hi please help my defy turns and then it stops and when it change direction the motor try to turn but the drum do not turn then when you turn the drum by hand it starts to run again
Hi. Looks like the belt is broken. If you hear the motor runs it is the belt. If the motor do not run the motor is faulty. Maybe some wire burned of because of the high current use by the dryer.

Hi. Can be a fuse or switch that is faulty. Go measure all contacts with multimeter and look for open circuit

hi it looks like the beld is slipping. It could be the tensioner pully that is stuck or faulty.
I found a loose black wire nit sure where it should go on the exact same model. The black wire is loose and corroded
@@claytonnette2978 looks like your problem. Looks close to where you found it. Let somebody technical help you look.

hi, it is at the back . remove the back panel and you will see it against the plate where the element is. hope you come right.
