We have had a white night dryer sat unused in the garage for a few years. Recently we have had cause to use it and thanks to your vids I have cleaned it out, replaced the hose. Then the motor capacitor failed so I fixed that. Now it looks like heating element is done. Great videos helping me keep an appliance going that I think 95% of people would have sent to the tip

Replaced the heater element in a Baumatic BTD1 which is identical to the White Knight machine in your video. Thanks for the detailed explanation, without which, I would probably have scrapped the machine. Working fine again!

Great video thanks.. replaced the heating element and it's working perfectly again. Not as easy as it looks, but the most difficult part is lining up the drum properly when reassembling, the felt at the front doesn't hold it in place and it keeps dropping out. Managed it in the end though & saved me a fortune... thanks.

My White Knight heating element was faulty and I replaced it as per your instruction. It sounds fine but I get a strong electrical smell coming from the machine when I switch it on. Is this normal for a new element or is there a wireing problem? I dont see any smoke.

Ive tested the thermal element & cut off valve, both are providing a continuity signal via the multimeter however it still blows cold air
