Grooming Non Aggressive Extremely Matted Dog Transformation

Due to Covid- 19 panemic, this little puppy missed his appointments. The owner tried to groom him but was unsuccessful. Finally, they decided to call the @dogfatherofharlem to help save their puppy from this matts.
