An example of why we use Certainteed Roofing

This is GAF timberline roof and is at the most 17 years old. As you can see by the silver (or the fiberglass) coming through that this roof is already failing. This is a 30 year warrantied roof and it didn’t even last at the most 17 years. The silver areas are where the top UV protective granules have already burned off or fell off and exposed the fiberglass mat. This will eventually also burn out and then there will be some serious issues with the roof. The homeowner is replacing this roof before that happens.
