It was the fact there weren't really any "rules"! You could go off the "reservation" in your playing! And experiment! That is the essence of originality!! Rock on my brothers!

My Mother was a big fan of Chet Atkins and there was a Christmas medley he did that my Mom would play, guess who was the other guitar player ? lol Thank you for turning me on to him, Tommy Emmanuel is now on my playlist. Not to many are in his league.

I listened to this song now for around 45 years, and this is absolutely the most captivating remake of Zeppelin's Kashmir I've ever heard. Elements of rock, classical, and flamenco are seamlessly merged into a breathtaking crossover sound that I can find no adequate words to define. I am so glad that people of your young age are interested enough and talented enough to take some of the great music from my era, and recalibrate it for another a audience and thus keep it alive for another generation to discover. Thank you. You are an inspiration, a phenomenon, and a very skillful musical genius. DON'T EVER LET LIFE GET IN THE WAY OF LIVING.

What microphone is making the guifar sound like all that bass? (trick question its in the post processing) I'm not doubting his skills but there's more than just guitar in this track. Could be a pedal or other effect but it's probably being Parallel processed.
Acoustic guitars are better than electric guitar and classic guitars as well

It’s just unreal how good and innovative this man is.
I've been around for 55 years now and this is perhaps the most visionary and unique arrangment and performance I have ever heard. I'm pretty sure Marcin has the chops to rival or perhaps even surpass the likes of Andres Segovia, Chris Thile, Paul Galbraith, and I've got to include Jimmy Page himself. Of course these masters have a significant body of work for him to match, but the genius of this young man is beyond debate in my opinion. Marcin you are simply extrodinary. Let's all hope the saying, "The candle that burns twice as bright, burns half as long" will never apply to you! Thank you young man for giving us this gift and may you give us many more in the coming years!

This is not to minimize the intense amount of work that Marcin puts into being this good but sometimes you watch someone play an instrument and you feel like you're watching a god. The music flows so effortlessly that it's like he's one with the instrument. I can watch him play all day. I absolutely cannot wait for him to tour someday.
If you are as humble as you are talented, then you're one amazing human being. Very rare indeed. I love string instruments. Totally me faves and you just brighten my day with the way you play. Pure passion is a rare gift these days. Keep it up. It wears great on you💚🙏🏿
But dude this guy is not only playing the guitar as a string instrument but he's playing it as a percussion instrument as well. Very impressive players like he and Mr Alexandr Misko are taking guitar playing to a whole another stratosphere. I have been playing since I was 13 and I'm 57 and I have just discovered recently after hearing these guys play this way that even though I'm very accomplished on my instrument I have a lot left to learn it's exciting and scary all at the same time.
