Long time subscriber…5 days ago a tanker flipped dumping 7,400 gallons of fuel at my place of business. I encountered the largest 7” gash exposing 2-3” inches of skull I’ve ever seen. We cut through the windshield and got him out. Due to the possibility of a skull fracture and neck injury, I was hesitant to apply pressure so I applied a 5x9” & held till EMT’s arrived 40 minutes later. What would’ve been a better alternative under the circumstances? I’m beating myself up knowing I could’ve done better that I did. Patient is alive with 7 broken ribs, broken clavicle, dislocated shoulder, severe laceration from the ear to the top of his forehead & a broken neck. Truly need some feedback on this. While I risked my life during a fuel spill & downed power lines, I feel like I choked on this one.
Nice review, thanks. My opinion (Maxpedition if your reading). 500D Cordura, most of us aren't taking this on a battlefield. Needs a dedicated admin section on the front. Side pockets should have zippers to tighten them up. AND it needs to hold a 15" laptop, standard business issue. I do like the front pocket for med supplies. How sturdy is the bottom panel?
Nice bag but I never understood why they call something "Tactical, with hook and loop all over it. Magnets Maxpedition, Magnets!! That would be tactical! Just sayin'. Can't wait till hook and loop goes out of style!
