Thanks! Another composer I know also suggested drums, but I could not for the life of me get them to sound good lol. I’m trying to work on my percussion game, since it’s a bit lacking atm. The current song I’m working on is pretty heavy on the percussion tho. It’s turning out to be a sort of Latin jazz/breakcore style thingy
Thank you! All of the sounds are from software I got online. Aside from ample guitar, I'm using Alpine oboe, LABS autograph grand, and Kontakt's free bass.
To be at the start of a new period, especially when important changes or new things happen, or to cause important changes to start happening. For example: "These changes could usher in a period of dramatic economic growth." "His inventions helped usher in the era of skyscrapers." etc

I hadn't really listened to the bugfables ost at all, but this one really slaps. I'll definitely have to look into it more I think the most similar game I've played is probably Bowser's Inside Story or maybe Mario and Luigi Dream Team, at least judging from what I've seen from gameplay/trailers
It's what people call the spiritual successor to the first two Paper Mario games, it's quite a lot of fun, and although I can't really choose a best part of the game, the music is definitely one of the greatest things about it. I also love the fan-made animations, songs, and art/comics, despite them being a bit hard to find sometimes.
Oh yeah, and I realize I should probably tell you I've played through Bug Fables like 6 times, I'm going to do a "questless" run next, to try and prove a theory. I'm thinking of recording it as well, I do need some more practice footage so I can learn how to edit.
This sounds like the theme for the four horsemen of the apocalypse
For some odd reason I can see this playing as the background music for a Plants Vs Zombies level or a The Battle Cats stage (more so the former)
I like it! The low-key calm-but-still-bouncy electro swing sound it has is fun.
i'm not even gonna lie this is the coolest thing i've heard in a long time
I feel like this fight would be against a librarian or a gardener who is blind due to a spiky plant.
this is so cool! i feel like drums would go super well with it

I read the title as something that’s groovy to create the next Great Depression.

What do you mean with "to usher"?
To be at the start of a new period, especially when important changes or new things happen, or to cause important changes to start happening. For example:
"These changes could usher in a period of dramatic economic growth."
"His inventions helped usher in the era of skyscrapers."
etc

Gotcha, it sounds like a cool game! I might try it when I (at least partially) finish my gaming backlog lol
Heh, let me know what you think if you do!
