I met Huggy I had NO idea it was Eddie in the costume 😭😭😭 I was carrying my official Huggy plush and I saw him and was like OMG HUGGY! It is a very impressive costume, Eddie did a really good job :3
As a cosplayer, I have also had the "24 hours till con", "will it be weather appropriate?", and "everything is coming along nicely...too nicely" moment that these lads went through 🤣
Elliot and Eddie must have swapped personalities because for once Eddie was the one that Try’ed hard while Elliot came out the other end as cursed as possible.

Eddie's by being a version of a horror character that was altered just slightly enough to honestly make them creepier. Elliot's by showcasing the sexy side of Doctor Robotnik and constantly carrying a Sonic around. Tom by being a boat and running into walls. All cursed, but in such good ways.

When I saw Tom at Megacon in March there was a guy dressed as Michael Myers from Halloween that would just stand a few metres away from him, staring. When I brought it up Tom cut me off and sighed "I know, just don't give him any attention". It seems Tom might have been inspired by that cause I get the feeling dressing up as a boat and getting in everyone's way would be equally as annoying lol.

Tom really embodied the spirit of being a cosplayer when you suddenly have no time. ive made ALL these mistakes before. its a horrible learning curve and I'm very sorry you had to go through it Tom but youre such a trooper Also as a warning to others, hand-held sewing machines are rarely worth it. it's literally better to rent/buy a cheap one than to use a handheld if you want strong, reliable stitches.

As someone who has been cosplaying for like 14 years now, I take off my helmet to you guys. It seems you've all collectively experienced nearly every aspect of making and cosplaying. Planning, budgeting, crunching because your budget and planning was unrealistic and time snuck up on you like the b***h it is! Most importantly though, you embodied all the characters, had a shed load of fun... and sweated profusely. I love you guys!
All of the costumes were amazing, but I could not stop laughing at Tom's idea. I'd lose it if I saw someone dressed as that ship just walking into walls. Something about that humor just hit the spot for me

Inspired by the money-making episode, I think it'd be neat if their challenge was to create a piece of art. The winner being either the one who makes the most at auction, or the one who gets the best critical/audience reviews.
Tom had less time and yet still made a costume up to the other’s standards, it was also the most creative costume in my opinion. Eddie may have technically won the challenge but Tom is the people’s champion.
i genuinely love all three of their costumes. the evergreen came together neatly considering the extreme time crunch, the sexy eggman was such a cool concept that was easy to recognize from a glance, and of course that huggy wuggy was very well crafted and looks fantastic

Eddie tried to make a video game, but severely suffered
When Eddie said the mask smelled of glue I realised that he accidentally made the means to huff glue for an entire day under all of our noses
