What is the problem With just using the pressure pump as it is?

You can make a good oil burner in siphon mode for this nozzle, but for me it is better to work with oil pumped system. Then you dont need a oil tank at all. Instead of tank you can use somekind of 200w inline oil preheater with valve for oil and for air. Also pumped oil which you send to the nozzle is regulated from 0 to 1 bar. You can use originally pump in one line and two line system. All you need is remove one screw from inside of a pump. Pump will be run with a 12v motor from car window system and it can be regulated with a PWM regulator or you can use stepper motor in combination with arduino. Filtration of oil is easy with a 50 microns filter. Better controller is the same model of LOA24 but with a mechanical relay instead of a cheap chinese elements inside. With arduino you can control and adjust every parameter of the burner...at the end....nice video...best wishes...and I would like to see your very well converted diesel burner in operation...good luck....

Only problem with pumped systems is nozzle erosion, you don’t get that with siphon nozzles

@@offthegridwithbert924 Yes nozzle erosion is possible....but I was be able to burn over 10 tons of waste oil with one Delavan nozzle with any erosion or damage....but I dont like nozzle spraying at all. Now I use burner based on R.Babington patent and principle of atomization of non filtered oil with a clean burning and lowest air and energy consumption of all burner which you can find on market today...but it is a other and long story. Nice job. Best regards...
