It cracks me up that we were at the same auction. I ended buying 2 of his tool boxes that were on the shelf wall. They were cool old cantilever tool boxes. Based on the stuff inside I think he was an electrician for Sears stores. I still wonder if he was taking a 5 finger discount. Can’t wait for part 3. Your right by the way it is a fuse puller
That is funny! I'm from the Madison area so it was a couple hours to get there. I almost didn't go just because I knew it would shoot a whole day, but glad I did. I do wonder how he had so much and why he had so much that was new. I thought the boxes went for a good deal, especially the rolling cabinets, I didn't have the room for those. Part 3 probably has the best stuff. Thanks for watching!
Quite sure it was 1987 when they started lazar etching. Companys started implementing bar codes around 1974 & all companies had to in compliance by 1978. nice set of tools for sure.
All those pliers with the pointed A in the Craftsman name are probably early 70's, because it was sometime in the early 70's ( I'm wanting to say '72 ) when they when to the flat topped barn roof A. For the Channellock pliers they switched the hot forged rivet instead of the adjustable nut in 1986, and the trademark Channellock blue grips were introduced sometime in the 70's.
What a wonderful find 😃😃🔧🔧
