- Hello friends,
Todays video is not edited well, nor elaborate in any way. But it’s a very important video to me. Ten years ago - to the day - I landed here in Regina from Toronto to embark on this journey that has turned me into a Mountie. I’ve collected a lot of great lessons and memories along the way.
While in transition, I thought it valuable to bring a word of encouragement from the place where it all started.
As someone who would have loved the chance to meet you in Saskatchewan and perhaps even work alongside you, I am grateful for your efforts to inform and inspire us through social media. Your dedication to sharing insights about the RCMP and making Saskatchewan feel welcoming and meaningful is truly commendable. Congratulations on your 10-year milestone, and best wishes on your new journey on the east coast
Thank you so much my friend for the huge encouragement!!!
Stay connected 👊
Thank you Steve for inspiring and encouraging to give a chance to RCMP. Hoping to stand in front of the Maple leaf one day and endeavor the new journey on becoming MOUNTI. Appreciate you again for daily motivation in our lives. Wishing you a good luck on your new journey and Wishing to meet you in person one day :)
Thank you so much. Here’s to hoping with you 👊
Great video! I've been following your channel on UA-cam and Instagram for a long time and I always find it inspiring. I've always wanted to get in to the RCMP and am currently going through the application process. There are days when I think about if I get in and it makes nervous to leave everything I've known (also on the east coast), but more so I think how proud it would make me to wear the uniform everyday and do something I am truly interested in and passionate about and the obstacles I've overcome to get myself ready to be a candidate. I hope I can share with you soon that I got the "Golden Call". Best wishes on the end of your time with F Division and welcome back to the east coast.
Thanks for watching, and for the encouragement my friend. Good luck with your process. Fingers crossed with you that you’ll get the “golden call” in the near future. Stay the course! 👊
Your family can't wait for you to be closer. ❤
Gonna be great!
Mountie Factory is Right On!❤
We were in Depot this last Monday formy son's graduation. He's the kid from Montreal I have written to you a while ago. On his second try, he succeeded. We are proud parents of a Mountie! The graduation experience id so great. You feel like you are part of that great family. I would of liked to meet you, but it was not to be. But I can say that my son has, and he sure appreciated the times he met you. Thanks again for your great content.
Awe that’s amazing. Thank you for sharing that and for being so encouraging. Congratulations to your son (and the extended Mountie Family) awesome.
Will miss you here in Sask! Learned lots from you!
Thanks so much.
We're glad you gave SK a chance!
Best thing to happen to me that I never knew I wanted ;)
We're going to miss you in Sask! Good luck in Nova Scotia!
Thank you my friend!
Wishing you the best in your new season in life my friend!
Thanks so much brother! Lots of new pages being turned in this book we call “life”
Congratulations 🎉
Thanks so much
Third try for my application with the RCMP! Hopefully it’s the last try!
Third times a charm 👊
Think of all that great seafood you guys will get now. Bonne chance my brother!
Haha 100% Merci mon Ami
Love the content. One question … how do you navigate home ownership as an rcmp officer?
Thank you
Hey,
Thanks so much for watching and hanging out.
Home ownership is like with anything else… small towns and remote locations are tougher to buy / sell - which is why rcmp has many postings with force housing (houses owned by the rcmp and rented by members). Otherwise, equity is built in your home and the rcmp covers a LOT when transferring. Moving around (like us) a lot hurts that equity (market depending of course)
Hello, thank you for the videos. Could you please tell us when do they do the running, pull-up, pushups test that cadets must pass? Which week?
Within the first couple of weeks.
@@RealCopsReelLife Thank you
Where are you moving to in Nova Scotia? Congrats

Do you recommend a person renting and living alone far from Saskatchewan to quit the his/her job cancel the lease and travel to Regina for dépot?
No. Get hired first.
It’s still difficult to go to the 6 months training. A cadet must quit any job he has. And I guess he must keep paying rent where he lives before going to depot
