Nah that was just the only one to make it through the fusillade of amraams and that I think it was an fa18 was the only one to survive the counter battery from the chinease planes. And since it was a head on and they likely had thrown multiple salvos each they had closed to dogfight range completely depleted of radar missiles and forced to use guns since missiles at such close range aren't practical. Or at least that would be my justification for the scenario

Oh you thats a editing effect? Alright my apologies. Theres kinda a same effect if youre at high altitude without oxygen flowing.

yeah but half of them fall out of the sky due to engine failure and other have malfunctioning systems or avionics
How'd you get the Depth of field effect? Is it a filter applied in post or is it a graphics setting/ geforce experience game filter?
I added it post processing in davinci, added a vignette and a radial blur
