    Fab review Mr Tullin, really high quality, easy to listen and watch. Appreciate the down to earth facts without the grandstanding others tend to do. Has helped us with our purchase decision. Keep up the awesome reviews Pete and Auto Trader.

    In the USA people cry that the 1.8 gasoline 141 hp engine is not enough power. I drove the car a few times and think the power is fine though. But I would like to see the 1.5 turbo engine offered as an option, and they should give it at least a 2000 lbs tow rating too.

      Funny to read this now that that exact engine has tanked a lot of people's trust in Honda's reliability due to its issues with oil dilution. Honda should've stuck to Vtec instead of this turbo rubbish. All these new tiny turbo-charged engines are not more environmentally friendly if they only last half as long as the old ones.

    i've got a 1.5 navi hrv, it is gud with loads of space... but i think i suda bought a 1.6 diesel ex... 1.5 is a bit underpowered .. if youre on a motorway youve to press the gas really hard.. but i like the design tho.... niceeeee

    How does the brake hold works in a manual? Do u have to put it in neutral for it to work or u have to hold the clutch?

    • @luviskol
      @luviskol 5 років тому

      Brake hold just part puts on the brake until you start moving. You need it for hill starts, as with the ebrake on you can hold it on the clutch fine, but to release the ebrake, you have to have your foot on the footbrake.
      -Kin stupid as. Just give me a sodding handbrake lever. much nicer

    I have a 2019 HR-V Sport and I really like it. Overall a very practical, fun to drive car. Too bad Honda doesn't offer a manual transmission and a small diesel engine the US. If you put a turbocharger on the diesel engine, it really would be a sport model!

    Do all people from Newcastle speak like you?
    Your intonation is as hard to understand as a foreign dialect !
