You got the banana 🍌. Can’t wait to see how she holds up . I been hearing some problems with the new minelab always having to ground balance ? So I’ll keep the Garrett for now . See how all the new pointers preform . Thanks for sharing

never really had emi on my Mi4, and i would probably never turn off iron, so i think im gonna stick with what works for me. The visual battery meter is the best feature, in my opinion.

Stick with what works for you. No pressure here. Enjoy.

I like the features on this pin pointer. I found the On/Off button was too recessed and harder to turn on/off than the Carrot. I found my Accupoint could not detect at the same distance from targets as the Carrot. It had no depth on ferrous targets. Dunno if I had a bum unit or what... So returned it. Looking forward to your in field tests and video. Who knows I might give it another try.

It seems pretty close to the others but I'm not sure it is any better from what I've seen so far. I do like it though.

After 4 months how you liking it?
I’m still debating on getting one. Not that I really need another pinpointer, but always after the newest and best.

I do like it for what it does, I still think my MI6 and MI4s from XP are more sensitive and I continue to use them over this one.

Scott - would have been good if you mentioned the sensitivity level you had configured on the MI-6. Not that I want my pinpointer to be ridiculously deep…that defeats the purpose…just curious how the tech/depth compares.

Yeah I should have mentioned it, I always run my MI6 at the highest sensitivity 3 presses, 6 if you just want vibrate.

Does it have a detuning feature like the Garrett? (Press the power button when it’s going off and it gets less sensitive, point it in the air and sensitivity goes back to original).

Will the Bluetooth work with other machines? Like the 800?

Nokta makes some really nice products, and hoping the menu is simple. I can’t ever remember how to change my Deus pinpointer so just leave it paired, lol

The screen is a brilliant idea, thanks again Nokta Makro. It’s amazing they’re the only company that innovates, listens to customers, gives top quality at a reasonable price. Also, seems to appreciate their customers and good service

Did you leave your sensitivity at 7 or did you max it out before depth testing? Both Garret and MI6 Beat the pants off it. Glad I seen this before I bought one. 1/2 inch makes a difference I like to pinpoint before I dig it is faster If it don't pick up the target, you are grabbing the detector again. I thought the way they were bragging this pointer up it was way ahead of everything else out there lol didn't even beat the carrot. Scott, If you do a comp test max all items you are testing if you didn't. I just seen when you set it up you left it at 7. If you changed it I'M SORRY.

Air tests are one thing but it's been right up there with the Garrett and MI6 in real ground tests. In this video yes I kept it a 7 but from using it now on a couple of hunts I can max it out with no issues. It's a nice pinpointer so far. I like it.

I was playing around with my accupoint and come and find out if you point it at a mirror up to two feet away it loses the plot

I'm not really sure why you would do that lol 😆 but thanks for the info.
