    Ironically, he got inspired by his father's heart surgery but then he says he runs 150 miles a month. If he had done research he would have easily found out that long distance runners die younger than the average man. It is mainly because of the wear and tear on the heart which ages it dramatically. Diet is way more important in losing weight and one should not run more than 20 miles a week and he is doing about double that.

    Loving the age specific content as a man that just turned forty years old I'm looking forward to the "This is 40" workouts. I've learned it's about working out smarter and not necessarily harder.

      You have the right to free speech just not the right to post on a UA-cam video because it's a company/ business, two totally different things.
