Hi Bryan ! You did a great job ! In one of your video you said that you were taking before more than 100 pills concerning the supplements, you have decided to make your ownn supplements, can you tell me which product in your range should I have to buy in order to replace these 100 pills ? To make easier for the customers. Many thanks ! Greg.
I do appreciate that you are not scolding, not being condescending, not talking down, not scaring and not guilt tripping us. The approach is positive, respectful with sense of humor and in touch with reality.
I think Bryan starting a UA-cam channel about his and THIS project is one of the biggest human breakthroughs. It really feels shocking living in an era where someone really tries with all the knowledge we have so far as humanity to "WIN" mother nature. Unbelievable. It's our pleasure being witnesses to what you do Bryan and no matter what I am very sure your life has an incredible impact to the people you interact. Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Most elderly people have problems getting up off the floor. As a child you spend a lot of time on the floor, adults do not. Doing yoga / stretching exercises on the floor can improve balance, mobility, flexibility and the ability to get up and down.. Just getting up and down to the floor in a controlled manner is difficult for many older adults. Play with your children on the floor. Bend over, get down and pull weeds in your garden. Play with a pet on the floor. The more effort you make to work on balance and flexibility will pay dividends as you age.
Basics: Habit 1: We are professional sleepers, most important. 1. Eat earlier and lighter 2. Wind-down routine (1 hour, relaxed calmed state, no screens) 3. Environment 4. Consistency, your body loves routine 5. Avoid stimulants (coffee, tea) Habit 2: Exercise 1. 30 minutes daily, basic starting point 2. Move around the day Habit 3: Diet If you are well rested and exercise this one will be much easier, that’s why it’s third. Get 1 and 2 as pilar. 1. Don’t rely on will power, don’t make decisions on the go. 2. Try not to overeat + don’t smoke, don’t drink 3. Mediterranean style diet
@@user-e7xn4q There are many things we can do to improve our sleep. #3 environment: it refers to things such as temperature of the room (cold is better), light, noise, clothes you sleep in, bedclothes, mattress… you can get really specific but the top are the 3 first ones. #5 stimulants: avoid having stimulants the hours before you go to bed. I would say this includes substances but also stimulating activities. The ideal is to be as relaxed as you can at your bed hour. I hope I have answered your question. Sorry if there’s any grammar/vocabulary mistake, english is not my first language.
I have stopped drinking any type of stimulant. A few days ago I drank an espresso in the morning and couldn't sleep that day. So thank you Bryan in fixing my sleep.

I thought my drop in energy and motivation was just part of daily life. But then I found out how much testosterone plays a key role in these things, and it made me wonder how I could support my body naturally. I came across a book called You Are Stronger Than You Think by Borlest, which doesn’t just offer theory, but real, practical tips for boosting testosterone naturally. This book opened my eyes and made me look at my health from a new perspective
Thank you so much for this. My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.
I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.
I think she trades for everyone I meet. I met her twice at a meeting in Germany and after her lectures from Ella I had to personally ask her to be my financial advisor. she is definitely good.
I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos, but this word should be included. she is really cool.
Thank you! It is the base of a good health. I would also add to take care of our mental health (meditate, read) like you mentioned for the wind down routine!
I love this type of content where you try to find compromise between optimal habits for longevity and regular life, since it aligns with what I've been trying to do for the past few years. Two points/observations from my own experience: 1. If you exercise for performance (and not overall health and longevity as Bryan does), you have to fuel accordingly and therefore some of the diet rules Bryan laid out might not be applicable to you (especially the timing part of your meals). 2. Do not avoid 'excessive' alcohol, avoid all alcohol. It is a poison with literally no beneficial effect health-wise and if you cannot have fun without it, you might have a bigger problem.
I love the idea of firing the saboteurs in the team. I fired eating-animals me back in 2019 and snacking me left in 2021 closely followed by eating-after-7pm me. Last year meditating me joined the team along with not-caring-what other-people-think me. Six months ago alcohol-drinking me just stopped showing up for work.
What an incredible video @bryanjohnson. You've quickly become one of my favorite humans of all time (Batman a close second), a huge inspiration. I see your videos, and not only does it make me want to be a better human. It reminds me of what's possible, so I too can arise and serve humanity at the highest level. Seriously thank you! (can't wait to order your blueprint stack!)
Thanks for saying it 3 times... It's true I've been eating something a bit too late, and after you said it the first two times, i still came up with excuses even though i agreed with you, wanting to change things tomorrow. Only after your 3rd attempt your wake up call worked. I'm gonna print some reminder on my fridge to reframe my identity. Thanks for making an effort to remind us over and over again to live healthier. I probably need it on repeat 😂
I agree. I’m wondering about… Frequency?Temperature of water? Any body products to steer clear of or any that are highly beneficial? Dry brushing, exfoliating? Filter for shower? What’s really worth the expense of time and money?
Great advice and thanks for always sharing with us. To add onto these great lifestyle choices and habit building, a general advice that applies here is instead of thinking in terms of restriction, try think of it as an addition to your life. If cookies is a guilty pleasure, framing them as not forbidden per se, but instead of eating cookies first thing, adding a healthy and delicious snack as first thing can make a big change. :)
Maybe you've mentioned it before, but I'd like to know if you have fewer infectious diseases these days than before? Has the frequency of your social contact changed since then? That would of course be a factor to take into account. I would think it would be great if there was a contribution on the topic. Thank you for your great manner, not only on the subject of health, but also for all of us. You are a very nice and friendly person.
This is such an eye-opening approach to health! I love how you focus on simple, actionable steps without getting bogged down in the science. Especially the part about reframing sleep as a priority-I'm definitely going to try setting a consistent bedtime and sticking to it! The tips about diet and avoiding willpower struggles really resonate too. Thanks for sharing this! Curious to see what other habits we can build next!
I need to fix my sleep for sure. Already have the rest like exercise and diet down. I exercise 30 minutes to 1 hour per day, many different workouts. I eat a healthy plant based diet keeping track of calories and macros. Sleep is the last component I need to work on, currently getting around 5-6 hours of sleep per night.
For the athletes out there please understand that his advice is specifically for living longer not athletic performance. In fact, i have found my performance tends to suffer if i go to bed hungry, ease the caffeine by 12pm etc
This is really helpful advice, but I find it tough to apply in real life, especially for those of us with regular work schedules. Many people finish work around 4 PM, maybe hit the gym by 4:30, and are done with their workout and shower by 6. Then they’re usually home and sitting down for dinner around 7 PM, finishing by 7:30. If you go to bed around 8:45 and fall asleep by 9, it’s challenging to stop eating 2-3 hours before sleep. For anyone with a job and an evening activity, it’s really hard to make that gap between dinner and bedtime work. This is just my thoughts, what do you guys think? 🙂
Love this summary. You are inspiring me to be healthier ❤ also love the end….when I think of grabbing some chocolate tonight I will hear “don’t do it” 😂
