A busy leading man and now MuscleTech’s new Chief Creative Director, Henry Cavill has a pretty jam-packed schedule - or, as the native Brit might say, “a lot on his plate”. If he’s to keep up with the demands of his profession, which would give an athlete a run for their money, he can’t afford to have gaps in his nutrition strategy.
Cavill typically wakes up between 4am and 5am, particularly if he’s filming and has to fit his training in before he’s due on set that day. (If you thought famous actors have all the time in the world to work out, think again.)

"It's not meant to be easy, prepare yourself mentally." is a great advice. I always say "no shortcut, no magic" when it comes to getting fit.
Yes its true but no longer than 1 hour and not too often. Overtraing aint no good too.

I hope he comes back as Superman. To me he was the best super for he was truly an outcast in his life and also he had the physical and martial arts prowess.(Muay Thai and jiu jitsu background.) Above all else he has the looks to kill.
for many years, I've attempted to explain what your video spoke of. You want to be in a "baseline" level of fitness, then make the slight modifications as roles appear. The other aspect you mention is the availability of equipment in a particular facility. In military service, we always made due with what was available. Some locations were ideal and others not so much. Therefore, many are left to the discretion of base commanders versus every gym having a basic foot print of the same equipment regardless of assignment.
