A few people have been confused about that moment at 13:36 where shadow knocks the debris into Metal Sonic.
Shadow stops time, and hits each individual piece with alotta force, then he unfreezes time and the force from the homing attack sends them flying into Metal Sonic.
Dio has done it in JoJo. Link does it in Breath of the Wild. Etc. it’s pretty dope.

The blue boost skip thing of Shadow 05 was the Chaos Control, so yeah, I think it's an intentional reference but being used kinda like the lightspeed dash

14:13 People seem to forget that Sonic characters get stronger as the series goes on. Shadow is currently much stronger than he was back in Sonic Heroes which is why he’s now able to beat Metal Overlord all by himself.
It just like how Sonic is now able to beat Perfect Chaos in his base form even though he needed to transform into Super Sonic back in Sonic Adventure 1.
Agreed! People seem to look at it as them nurfing bosses rather than the enemies getting stronger
I think the new Doom powers are a clever way to bring back Shadow's vehicle segments in a way that makes sense for him instead of needing to drive a truck for some reason.

to be fair he did beat metal overlord like it was nothing, he was in control the whole fight and the doom powers arent really a huge power boost, just more for traversal with the only useful ones being the doom spears and maybe the wings

As someone that played and actually enjoyed sonic 06 I can definitely tell people that they should absolutely 100%…..
NOT play it unless they are good at gaming in general and are ok with bugs and glitches and potentially randomly dying for stupid reasons. 😂

See Metal overlord was a Surprise shadow Group did fight him in Ground form but I like Original of Metal overlord and one thing that kick shadow did Remind me anime movie I watch

Oh my god.. the Final Boss from Sonic Heroes looks sick here, I mean... in Sonic Heroes was interesting to say the least, but here looks pretty interactive, once I get stable again, I'm sure now that I'll get this enhanced version of Sonic Gerenations.
