This was awesome! I always look to the pre steroid era coaches for advice when it comes to bodybuilding and Vince Gironda was the absolute best. Thank you.

Vince Gironda was a good sales man who pretended to be anti-steroids, but in the meantime made good use of the juicers. And it certainly wasn't the pre-steroid-era…😉

You'd have to go back to the 40s for pre steriods era gurus. Furthermore, Ill bet anything both these guys are on "TRT" and more than likely full cycles. That said, who and what the fuck is really natural. Is it natural to eat a gram of protein per pound of bw? Is it natural to take creatine or protein drinks. How bout pre workout? Finally, is it natural to go to the gym 5 to 10 hours a week?

@@_Sam62 Actually he did not like anabolic’s because he was a non responder. He trained very hard though and had his own style. I’ve been 2 his gym when he was there. He was not a very personable guy.

    Awesome video !!!
If I could give more thumbs up I would....
I'll be copying this as my new routine.
I'm relatively new to body "Sculpting" but looking forward to the journey and been looking for any teaching that eliminates all the unnecessary moves that waste time and energy so I can get the most bang for my buck, this video and of course, Danny's methods, provides it all - Thanks Danny and Mathew !
At 60 yrs old and sitting behind a desk for over 15 years, I've decided to get in shape but, take it to the highest levels I can.
I like the old school Natty's best and this is definitely ALL THAT !
    Thanks again guys

These guys look better in their 50's and 60's than most of my peers in our 20's. Loved to see the Gironda system in action. Thank you so much for the amazing interview and workout videos.

...not taking advantage of the negative rep. (3 second retractions) ; The higher reps builds myofibrils, which are capillary networks for muscles. Constant muscle under tension with no lockouts either side is also key... Baseline bloodwork to tell your T numbers, lipids, etc... Lastly , diet and sleep are more important than the gym... If you are not well rested, skip the gym and take a nap...

I’ve stopped locking the joints as this guys doing in this video. The second you dobthat u take the weight outta the muscle and throw it in joint. I’d say 80% of people in any gym are actually training the Joint more Than The Muscle. The way he’s doing last pulldowns is definitely working his shoulder joint and his biceps way more than the Lats.
