I wouldn't say oil free. Sesame seeds are very oily maybe 25-30% oil content. It would be better to say no added oils. BTW sesame fat good. Avocado fat good. Olive fat good. Coconut fat good.
It's all in the massage, olive oil lemon juice is my go to. It tenderizer the leaves, takes out all the bitterness I add fruit to it like papaya, apples, oranges, hemp seeds, avo, pretty much anything that you think would make it yummier! It so good for you!!
