Most of it is not so much a jeep trail but great place. It was pretty funny when I was there driving over that hill at 6:42 in a stock Acura ILX passing a few dudes who were stopped and posing with their lifted trucks parked at the top of the hill in the middle of the road...

The short answer is, yes, as long as there is actually a signal within reach for the WeBoost to boost and you are in close proximity to the internal antenna.
