Have an 07 Wrangler. I know, it's ancient in some people's opinion, but regardless - I would have figured that it would have cabin air filters, but it doesn't. There isn't even a way to add them if I wanted to. No tab on the grille to swing it up & There's no pivot point at top of the grille either. It appears I'd have to do some major modifications to add them. Oh well.

I'm trying to build the same system. the female qd fitting you listed seems to show a hole all the way through. I would think there needs to be some type of check in the qd to leave it closed until male is plugged in. That way the water doesn't come out? What am I missing here?
