Hi UA-cam friends! Sorry but I had to upload the Eldris video again. There was a red screen in the previous version. It was NOT in the edit but only after exporting. Why? Don't know. Thanks for all you nice comments on the previous version! Enjoy the Outdoors and Stay Safe! Cheers, Gijs
Great video! Thank you for sharing it with us! =)
You are welcome Milliex!
Great reviews!
Thank you big time😁👍🙏 Cheers, Gijs
I have the light duty eldris with a full scandi grind I find better for carving and crafting than my mora 120 and 106. I carried it for a year until my RA from getting the knife out of the belt sheath easily
Thanks for sharing ♥. Enjoy the Outdoors and Stay Safe! Cheers, Gijs
Never saw a red screen in yesterdays video mate...Iv'e had this small Eldris for years, great wee handy knife...I keep mine in a Nite Ize Holster, made 2 wee holes in holster and threaded threw a wee black zip tie threw the 2 holes at bottom of Eldris sheath 🙂
Thank you for telling me. It is a strange thing and it happened to the last two videos I uploaded to UA-cam. Love your tip! Could you send me a picture to info@outdoorguru.com? Cheers, Gijs
Net weight means it is without the packaging. I don't remember if it was mentioned, the Eldris have a newer variant also the LightDuty with different grind and spine sharpness, polished.
This knife came out almost simultaneously with the Condor Otzi knife. I think they were both influenced by the same thought. If a copper aged person could get along with a 2” blade, then it should be fine for the rest of us. It does seem perfectly suited for those small camp tasks that are more detail oriented.
Hi Tracy,
I did not know the Condor Otzi so thanks for the tip! And I never made this connection but it is justified. I was at the place where Otzi was found a couple of yers ago. Enjoy the Outdoors and Stay Safe! Cheers, Gijs
Nice video, just bought the knife :)
Haha, thanks for the compliments! Enjoy the Outdoors and Stay Safe! Cheers, Gijs
If you want a longer handle slip the case on the back of the knife.
Your Mexican accent is nice.
Fin liten kniv.
Agreed Joel! Enjoy the Outdoors and Stay Safe! Cheers, Gijs
Deja vu
sorry 🙁
You Cook birthbark from a life tree 😢😢😢😢
Hi Sven Thomas, Depending on how deep you cut of course it is not bad for the tree. When in season I peel the bark that has come loose because of growing of the tree. Enjoy the Outdoors and Stay Safe! Cheers, Gijs
I don't see the point.
The red screen? Not everybody saw it apparently....
Sorry Gjis, just a terrible knife joke.@@OutdoorguruGearReviews
