I can only make six strings
as i know, helicopters tilt front forward and it moves forward. For a can to have such stability without gyroscope. pretty impressive. For it to drastically change direction without tilting in the direction it needs and other features found on helicopter.
im calling it impossible feat.
I dont see much of the trees being blown by winds, even if there is winds, most of the time it would be a single direction. You can expect the can to be blown out of is trajectory. (no gyroscope).
Top blade for lift, thrust in the direction required. Back blade for anti rotation. Its fine but man... that video really looks convincing.

The control board has a 6 axys gyro included

Awesome- you are a very talented and skilled Engineer, Hats off to you.
It's interesting how the helicopter never rotates. It's always pointed into one direction and that's it. It's either because the helicopter is so unstable or the helicopter is simply not able to do that. Also, an explanation of what is what and how it works would make a noticeable difference when trying to tap into the DIY community. Either way, it's pity to have preassembled guts from an RC helicopter and to use a Red Bull can instead of some proper body. It just seems pretty wasteful...
