This is the first movie we have proclaiming 'Black' as something awesome and cool. There is no poverty or negative stereotypes present. You see things like Beauty, Brains, Strength, Bravery, Fun, Cool, Loyalty, and a Sense of Responsibility all being projected from BLACK PEOPLE... For you other races (white) who wonder why this is such a big deal. Imagine a world where what media paints about you is country, poor hill-billy slang, ignorant, and every bad white stereotype being projected as 'normal' and 'funny'. Media is finally getting behind BLACK for positive reasons. We can now see ourselves as we truly are.. Power to the People
Daniel August You should checknkit the black films from thr late 90s/ early 2000s. There are plenty of Black positive movies out there. All you gotta do is research instead of making negative comments about the culture

But the ones who didn't jump, SURVIVED WITH UNBELIEVABLE STRENGTH, under unbearable conditions! WE ARE A STRONG PEOPLE OF FAITH AND RESILIENCE AND TRIUMPH. We can't be kept down. We will always rise.
This extremely talented man, Chadwick oozes royalty. With his deep thinking and regal nature, humility, charm and good looks (as Lupita has been commenting in most of her interviews), he is the best person to play BP. I'm definitely going to watch all of his previous movies. One just can't get enough of watching such a talent in his light.
I appreciate him for mentioning Nate Moore. He's the reason this film even got made. He suggested Black Panther be the new character in Civil War and here we are today.

My goodness this is a hard pill to swallow... I was always a fan of his personality more than anything.. He seemed like such a sweetheart.. I can’t believe it had to end this way and so soon.. 💔💔💔
Chadwick Boseman is very well spoken, wise and just simple a role model. I love this interview and he is definitely my favorite actor, without a doubt! It would be such a pleasure to meet him.
I've watched a lot of his interviews during this Black Panther run. and while they are all good this is the best so far. Respect to the Breakfast Club. And this interview really shows why he got the role. He IS Black Panther.
I now absolutely understand why my own partner did not want to spend time with family, with friends and in life talking about or giving any energy to the cancer that was consuming him. I didn’t understand why he wanted to keep it secret and got mad at him a lot for it. Chadwick’s passing has made me understand. Such a huge loss for all of us. RIP x
I walked out proud because I saw my culture. I saw kente, I saw African kaftan they are beautiful. I wish my African leaders will watch and learn from Black Panther to work for a better African.
Stella Osei I also saw part of my culture. I cried when I saw the drummers play ( They're burundian like me) because I was so proud to see a great part of our culture represented. It was so great to know that another facet of our continent shown to the world. I hope that this will help create a better image of africans to the rest of the world🙏
All I want is for Black Panther to have a $200 million opening weekend & to over take trash ass Avatar as the number 1 highest grossing movie of all time. Imagine that, a film called "Black Panther" with an almost entirely black cast & black director to be the highest grossing film of all time. They could never deny the power of the black dollar again or deny that a black lead movie can sell to the masses
Both were extremely tragic in their own right. Kobe died in a sudden plane crash along with his own daughter. Chadwick passed in secret, battling cancer for 4 years and then it was released to the world, which was a complete shock to all those who did not know of his illness. And both men were in their early 40s
YungYoda there is no african accent. The continent has 54 countries with different cultures and languages..almost everyone over there speaks differently
Not only did he play a king/hero role .. even outside of his career, he his self matches his “character “ which makes you love and respect him even more ! That’s great !
Chadwick is so intelligent, it's incredible. What a great man he is to be doing and have accomplished the things he has accomplished. A director who turned actor and has dominated every role. I'm here to see Black Panther win a Grammy in 2019!
Steph Lazarre I think director to actor is why Chad offers such great analysis on his movie roles, etc., plus he's a superior intellect. Beautiful 🍫, intelligent, well spoken, gentlemen. Looks like he smells like cocoa butter and mitchum deodorant. 😍😍😍
Man, I know this is about Black Panther but if y'all haven't seen him play James Brown you are missing out. I put his performance up there with Jamie Foxx's portrayal of Ray Charles, Will Smith's portrayal of Muhammad Ali, and Denzel Washington's portrayal of Malcolm X.
Just bought it today. I just spent over buying $300 Chadwick movies, posts, shirts, masks caps and #42 ballcaps. Going to gift them to my grandchildren. Never forget. No excuses.
I just love the way he’d burst out in laughter so easily. I loved what he said about finishing something big - to go back to something small to reset. He’s something else. Amazing.
This brother is so wise beyond his years. Not only that, his spirituality and connection to the WORD of GOD and to the creator Himself is truly evident, and is very PROFOUND. May God bless your soul. Me too. This handsome man was the true definition of GOOD CHARACTER! Such a man of honor. I'm glad God shared him with us. I wish i could have met him, gave him a hug and talked for a few hours. R.I.P Beautiful king Chadwick Boseman. ❤
Awesome to see a major American film finally give black people and black culture the recognition they deserve. America owes so much to this group of people in the fields of music, art, science, philosophy, etc. America is an immeasurabley stronger nation when we both value and empower our black brothers and sisters!
MadFace The Battle Rapper I hope so, if so it would be the samurai movie, and I just realized that most his movies where biopic of powerful black men. It’s no coincidence, he truly had the essence of a king.
A true hero! Fought the fight in silence for years with resilience for that he always gonna be a hero to many. Rest In Peace hero. Wakanda will always be remembered because of the talent and energy you had put in.
I'm hear after hearing the sad news and i still don't believe that he's gone. As an African child, living in Africa, Black Panther resonates and ignites an African spirit, and for Chad to portray that so well, his presence on screen , his tone and his accent and to embody an African king(wow) that got deep and personal with us (in all parts of Africa). What a huge loss. And so painful that right at the peak of his career he had to endure all that pain, but something about his character and the way he carried himself through out the entire time while battling with this illness, tells me that he didn't want to be pitied. So i salute you Chad, you're more of a SUPERHERO in real life. You can go to sleep knowing that you fought a good fight, sweet dreams now,see you in the morning ❤️❤️❤️
Very proud to see this brother succeed. He's been great in every movie he's acted in. Truly excited about the chance to see Black Panther. I've waited a long time to see a movie that portrays Africans in a positive light. I'm even more excited that I get to show my young son this movie has he grows older. #WakandaForever

J. Will won't happen
Get out avatar was good stop it
The movie will blow because of white people not black peole
$125M would be my guess
Yessss!!!! I hope so!
Whose here watching this after just learning he died? RIP to King T’Challa. #wakandaforever
Me 💔
Jae Wheeler I just started watching The breakfast club in March so I am watching this for the 1st time. 😢🥺
Me 😪😪😪
R.I.P Chadwick Boseman😔 Your passing has to be the most shocking of 2020
His and Kobe.. 😞
💯💯💯
Christian Gutierrez I say Kobe
Both were extremely tragic in their own right. Kobe died in a sudden plane crash along with his own daughter. Chadwick passed in secret, battling cancer for 4 years and then it was released to the world, which was a complete shock to all those who did not know of his illness. And both men were in their early 40s
"Death is not the end... it is more of stepping off point." -Chadwick Boseman
RIP KING
This man Boseman is amazingly talented, I thought his African accent was his real accent...
YungYoda his accent was cringy in some parts of the trailer but imma have to watch n see if i feel the same way
Nia A Watch His accent from Civil War and the trailers had everyone convinced he was from Africa
Nia A check out message from the king on netflix...thats where he developed the accent he used for black panther
Hulahoopsanddroptops he's half african Liberia or Sierra Leone I think like pharell williams
YungYoda there is no african accent. The continent has 54 countries with different cultures and languages..almost everyone over there speaks differently
He most certainly deserves a star on the Hollywood Walk of. Fame. He will never be forgotten, as a great actor and excellent human being!!
DJ envy - "so explain to everybody what is a black panther?"
Michael Moreno He would deadass ask some shit like that
I read that in his voice too 😂
This comment is so spot on! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lmao yo this is mad accurate. I'm dying
Lmaooo facts
Chadwick is 41 and still looks 28 WTF! Black dont crack indeed!
walter doku yep I’m 41 and people don’t believe me.
walter doku he’s 40
TheTimbalanders Obama is half white so hell crack a little bit early. Lol
Good comment bro
He is ? I thought he was like 25
"Sometimes when you make art, you've already given what you're supposed to give."~Chadwick B.
Watching this now and knowing that he was sick at the time, is both heartbreaking and inspiring. What a blessing he was to all of us.
Came back to watch this again to get some of the King energy, great black man with so much class and respect.
💯‼‼
I’ll check it out. Thank you.
Just bought it today. I just spent over buying $300 Chadwick movies, posts, shirts, masks caps and #42 ballcaps. Going to gift them to my grandchildren. Never forget. No excuses.
Greatest actor, that's the best movie!
Eric's Electrons I totally agree, I just finished watching it . He did an excellent job.
When the breakfast club interviews someone interesting and actually worthy of your time.
This guy is a social genius. He can covey his ideas and thoughts so thoroughly that you can absorb knowledge through his experiences
Who's here paying respect for the king? Rest in order power bro your missed
CHADWICK WE LOVE YOU!! THANK YOU FOR LEAVING US SOMETHING WE CAN SHARE WITH OUR KIDS FOR GENERATIONS!!! #WakandaForever
Charlamange really led this entire interview , it was great seeing him in his element while talking about his passion for marvel.
KMesha Shebaa Cool not seeing him go ham like he usually does 😁
I just love the way he’d burst out in laughter so easily.
Rest in Heaven my brother. I'm convinced that you resting in the arms of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.🙏💜👼
Tears!
Seeing this interview it's so hard to think that he is gone. what is man May his soul RIP.He was a strong individual to think all he was going through and moving around so quietly calm sincere. It makes u feel a lot of compassion 🙏🙏
Yes!
Not only the black community, but the world lost a good one. RIP to the legend Chadwick Boseman 🙏🏾
“He didn’t have time to be a rookie - we needed a QUARTERBACK!” - Ray Lewis, on Joe Flacco in the AFC Championship game during his first season.
“He didn’t have time to be a kid - his family needed a man-of-the-house!” Jason Jackson, on his youngest of 12 brothers & sisters after their parents death.
“He didn’t have time to be a human. He didn’t have time to be ill & seek treatment. He didn’t have time to die - we needed a leader, a role model, a friend, an exceptionally-phenomenal actor, a history-maker, a fearlessly-principled MAN, a benevolent philanthropist, a family, a country, a KING.” - me. . .on Chadwick Boseman

I loved his acting in Marshall so I’m excited to see Black Panther. He’s very handsome by the way... I think the way he carries himself adds to it.
❤️😊
slowClassK....yes, yes, yassss, and yes!!! I hate super hero movies...but I'm going to see this one. Jackie and James was believable but he nailed T. Marshall...completely agree with your statement.
Marshall was epic!
SlowClass Kai 🎶Let ME Know🎶🏆 You're the prototype 😎👍🏾
handsome? here we go with the hoe-like behavior
I’m watching all of his interviews
Me too. This handsome man was the true definition of GOOD CHARACTER! Such a man of honor. I'm glad God shared him with us. I wish i could have met him, gave him a hug and talked for a few hours. R.I.P Beautiful king Chadwick Boseman. ❤
ME TOOO!!😂😂😂

That could be emotional torture for me.. but I feel you.
Me too. He is just a special guy! Rest in Power...
I WANTED SO BADELY...FOR IT NOT TO BE TRUE, THAT HE PASSED..BUT NOW THAT HE'S GONE...DAMN--DAMN--DAMN!!!, THIS ONE HURTS..DAMN!!!
I feel you man SMH! I’m still in disbelief
Black Panther premiered in Lagos, Nigeria on February 13th and will open in theatres on February 16th. Everyone is excited.
Ngozichi Omekara beautiful.
Ngozichi Omekara yes! My background is Nigerian so I'm happy to hear it's playing there too!
Just saw the movie........Wakanda Forever!
🙅🏾♀️
For the lin kuei
Awesome to see a major American film finally give black people and black culture the recognition they deserve. America owes so much to this group of people in the fields of music, art, science, philosophy, etc. America is an immeasurabley stronger nation when we both value and empower our black brothers and sisters!
He legit looked 28 years old. Smh. Idk why his death makes me so sad. RIP. Smh.
Maybe because he seemed very humble & caring....
Carol Seay yes I know...🙏🏽
Same here, guess because he had so much more to give & he seemed like a good person
His character, grace & impact.. 💎
I thought he was a lot younger as well...I’m so sad
I Have never seen charlamagne this respectful
Rachel DHM yea I have never seen him so respectful ever too
When Jay-Z was on the breakfast club he was super quiet and kissed his ass the entire interview.
Showed respek for Wakanda
Showed respek for Wakanda
He shows respect towards a lot of people honestly. The old charlamagne didn’t
DJ Envy, "So being a Black Panther, was it tough living during the Civil Rights era?"
Michael Lindsey for those that don't know what civil rights mean can you explain(in my envy voice)
🤣🤣🤣 he be sooooo lost and he don’t know shit so he ask them to elaborate
😂😂😂😂
Y'all too much
Ivan Jimenez People do fail up but to be fair, Envy earned his spot.
Everyone knows he asks dumb questions though. I almost think it's on purpose now.
Chadwick is one of my favorite actors in this generation
poetmm Anthony Mackie cool, Fredro Star underrated as an actor, Michael B. Jordan got Swagg.
Why isn’t anyone talking about his should be Oscar performance in James brown biopic? He should have won the Oscar I’m heartbroken
I hear he has another film completed... Hopefully they’ll use that opportunity to right some wrongs.
I swear that role was so overlooked. He completely EMBODIED James Brown in that movie. Brilliant performance
@@remidibeatz8780 aa
MadFace The Battle Rapper I hope so, if so it would be the samurai movie, and I just realized that most his movies where biopic of powerful black men. It’s no coincidence, he truly had the essence of a king.
That’s when I first became a fan of him!
Chadwick Boseman & Viola Davis are my favorite actors of this time period
Put them toe-to-toe with you're fav, and they'll come out on top
Strom Thurmond really loved black women
I’d add Angela Bassett that’s it
EmmanuelPierrePortraits Terrance Howard should have played Thurgood Marshall...
Let’s not forget Denzel.. but he’s of a different time period tho
This man is gorgeous, mind, body and soul 😍😙😊
Sharon Hart facts 🤴🏾💕💕💕

A true hero! Fought the fight in silence for years with resilience for that he always gonna be a hero to many. Rest In Peace hero. Wakanda will always be remembered because of the talent and energy you had put in.
This movie made cry seeing so much blackness.
G. Duenas omg yes! If every black person could really see who they are n how powerful we really are, this world would be so different
G. Duenas real talk!✊🏿
Fr. 😍
I did too
You should watch soul plane or you got served
THE MAN WAS A REAL ACTOR.THATS WHY HE COULD PULL OFF BEING SILENT ABOUT HIS CANCER
He stepped into his most challenging role everyday. He made us believe! RIP Chadwick
That was awesome 👌
Do you suffer from anxiety?
Chadwick: "ANXIETY ABOUT WHAT?"
😁
Exactly! And with cancer at that. #TUH #RIPChadwickBoseman
Charlamagne could sense a certain type of energy of from him
Ctg hit the hammer on the nail with that one
Rite it was like how he know, anxiety about what
even though that's CTG segway of mental health . I believe he was only asking because Chad wasn't into Hollywood social life
Wow Thurgood Marshall's son wrote a letter to convince him to play his father that's Dope.
I love fact that he is humble and his honesty is refreshing.
BLACK PANTHER WAS STRAIGHT FIRE!!!! HAD ME IN TEARS THROUGH THE WHOLE THING!! JOB WELL DONE YOUNG MAN!!
Just heard the news, may he Rest In Peace. He was a inspiration to so many people...
Amen!
I'm watching this in disbelief. We lost a real one. R.I.P
It's BHM, the Obama's revealed their portraits this week, and the Ryan Coogler directed Black Panther is released on Friday. It's lit 🔥
