I'm not supporting this movie. The Dahomey were the MOST savage slave traders. They did *mass slaughtering rituals* of the slaves they caught. They are the worst that African nations had to offer. The reason why MANY us are in the Americas, Europe and the Caribbean is because of the Dahomey. When Britain wanted to stop the slave trade the Dahomey said no we will not stop SMH. This is the movie Hollyweird wants us as Black people to be proud of SMH. Notice Hollyweird did not give us a movie about how the West African Moors conquered Spain and ruled it for over 700 years and how those Moors taught whites civilization... Notice that Hollyweird did not give you a movie about the Nubian Kush Queen that made Caesar stand down... Notice that Hollyweird did not give us a movie about the black nations that *actually fought against* the European slave trade... Notice that Hollyweird did not give you a movie about Black Egypt. Nope, those white producers gave you a movie about Africans killing and enslaving other Africans... We all know who runs Hollyweird. Imagine European Jews giving you a movie where they want to to be proud of a clan of European Jews selling themselves into Nazi camps.. You'll NEVER see that movie and we all know why. Let's not even talk about the level of misandry against Black men in this movie SMH. Check this great breakdown of the movie... ua-cam.com/video/hRdq9Bs7miQ/v-deo.html
