hi just 1 question i last time ordered the shirt from vistaprint they delivered me a tshirt with a poster like ptint on tshirt whereas i need a tshirt design directly (transparent) on tshirt like yours design with transparent background so which type of tshirt you ordered to get the desired print .

Simple white tshirt but be sure your should be in png format

You need to edit a cotton t shirt where it is mentioned in the description of what kind of print they are using for that t shirt. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method is what you are looking for. And what you recieved was a heat transferred print which looks like a thick layer coating on the t shirt
