I lived for many years in Italy and something that was often said was ' why are people using extra virgin olive oil for cooking ?' In Italy the extra virgin green oil is only used cold in salads or dip sauces , use mild yellow olive oil ( 2nd pressing ) for cooking as it really has a more subtle flavour . Use cold pressed if you can . Thank you for your vids .

I like to use the zipper sealed mylar bags. Not only does it make resealing while snacking easier. But lazy me, I like to fill 10 bags before opening a set of oxygen absorbers. I did find that when I used the impulse sealer to seal the oxygen absorber bag, sometimes the seal would fail. So this prevents that issue.
Your pancakes with bananas and syrup reminded me of bananas foster. My mother just cooked butter with brown sugar then cream before adding in the bananas for a quick heating. So good.
I hope you enjoy processing the wool. I used to help a friend with shearing, picking, and other things. I did some limited spinning but eventually got out of it. Keep everything, even the seconds. I always felt that the belly fur that no one wants would make good stuffing material.

Everyone needs at least one of those gigantic stainless steel bowls. I bought one about 50 years ago when I was in high school. Any time I need to mix up a large batch of anything, I pull this bowl out. Even as empty nesters now, I would be lost without it. I make popcorn in my wok on the stove and serve it for the two of us in this big bowl while we watch tv.

As a former Romney breeder, I suggest you dont do the scratching of their backs when they have hay and chaff in the wool, it will just make those pieces work down into the fleece, just what you don’t want to happen. You won’t enjoy Spinning wool that has chaff in it. I used to shear mine in early November, so their fleece would grow back enough so they would keep warm for winter and their fleece wouldn’t have much chaff in it from laying on the winter bedding.

So here's a recipe that we did at this local pizzeria that I used to work at years ago. So what you do is if you have a 16-inch pizza pan remember ate eggs for that and if you have a 10in pizza pan you would do four eggs for that and if you had a 8-inch pan you would use two eggs. So then you would spread your dough out and you would cook the dough at 3:50 until the door looks half cooked. We would do it 2 minutes on a big oven so you'd have to figure that out where it would look like white not brown or light brown or anything like that. And the amount of sausage for two sausage patties that's what you would want to use. So you cook your eggs till they're runny. You spread your egg out and then you put your bacon on top of that. When you put your cheese. Can you put your sausage and your green peppers onions if you want green peppers and onions. Then you cook that in the oven till everything's cooked you don't want to cook it when the cheese is dark brown because that's just not going to be working with the egg. It'll make the egg tough. You wanted so it's caulked and the bottom is like brown and the do is going to be fully cooked. Don't have to worry about soggy eggs. Now another version of that is steak egg cheese green peppers onions and home fries. So you do the same thing with your pizza crust and the eggs and you put the steak that's raw in little clumps and you put the cheese on top of that. The reason why you do that that way is because you don't want your steak to be over cooked and dry. And before you put your cheese on I almost forgot put your cooked home Fries. Those those are like not the ones you cook in a frying pan but like the little square piece has a potato that you can buy that's been deep-fried. So you cook those in at either a deep fryer or in the oven. Then you put the cheese on top of that and then you put your green peppers and onions. And then you cook it like normal. It is so good it's ridiculous

Chelsea, I teach movement, & on my questionnaire for students, the one thing they consistently ask for is more repetition. That being said… as I was making my sourdough pizza dough today, before I saw this video, I found myself stretching, folding, & shaping it like you have showed in several videos for bread (or maybe several other’s videos that have shown the similar technique I was unfamiliar with?) … & in my mind I was thanking YOU for that repetition, even though I was making ok sourdough before, you & alll that repetition has helped me to progress & helped that technique to FINALLY stick in my mind. Alll that to say- there’s nothing wrong with the repetition.

@LittleMountainRanch Thanks for the quick response! I'll look thru your list. In case you don't say how long dough like that stays in the freezer, what's a good guess for how long it will keep?

Be well, be safe & keep on amazing people like me!

Wow! You sure have yourself organized to be able to pull off all of that in one day!! I can’t even imagine doing all that you do! I get tired just watching you!! Stirring all that bread and pizza crust my word! No wonder you forgot you were making five loaves in each bowl and forgot the whole wheat flour in one! I don’t know how they always seem to turn out lovely though! You are without a doubt a talented baker!!! I was looking forward to see the final pizzas! Lol! Love your content!! Keep up the amazing work!! I looked at the mattress because we are in the need of a new one as well but unfortunately they are priced in USD and too rich even with the discount for our Canadian earning dollars. Congrats on your new bed though. 🥰❤️🇨🇦🙏🏻

Good video! I am going to have to give freezing bread dough another go. It has not worked out super well for me thus far. Good job.

I tried to look for the pizza dough and bread recipes in your videos and on your website. Could you share those please? I just started making homemade bread a few months ago and really would like making it one a week instead of every other day. Same with pizza crust. I did find a video where you made pizza crust but bot sure if it was the same one as you used 5 1/2 cups water and that does not match up if tripling that recipe. Love your show.
