As a Brazilian and flamengo fan, I feel that flamengo, palmeiras and present day fluminense (not the one from last season) would finish at least top 10-12 in the premier league. It's a very competitive league with different challenges such as absurd travel distances, short space between games, different conditions state to state and little time to train. Also, great to see that flamengo wasn't relegated for the whole challenge, much like in real life where we've never been relegated from any competition!
Tom did you take into account the Foreign Players limitations in Brazil? Until last year it was only 5 foreigners in the 23-man match squad. Maybe that's why the English teams went so bad in the Brazilian League.

Just traveling the distance of the whole country or even the continent weekly to play Libertadores, in the Brazilian climate, they would already change drastically.
Hi Tom, could you maybe try switching the bottom 10 of the Championship with the top 10 of MLS? I feel like that’s where there’s a bit of parity. Not sure how good FM23 is at managing the East/West conference system in MLS, but would be interesting to see if the worst Championship teams could compete for MLS titles, Open Cups, and CONCACAF champs league titles; and see if any of the MLS clubs can get themselves established in the PL.
The funny part is that people that are not from Brazil think that only Palmeiras and Flamengo are good, because today these two teams are rly good. But talking about history, and recent history too, they weren't that good. Corinthians is the biggest winner of this century, inclusing the clubs WC against Chelsea in 2012, São Paulo had a very strong team back in 2005, winning 3 times in a row the brazilian national league and clubs WC against liverpool. just one thing to correct is that the Brazilian championship does not always show the strength of Brazilian teams, as it is a long championship and does not have much relevance beyond the title, many teams end up neglecting the Brazilian championship to focus on other competitions such as the Brazilian Cup , Copa Libertadores and Copa Sulamericana, where you will have a better return financially.

all of these top 6 clubs are historic clubs, the only debatable one is Athlético.
could you make a video on how to do this? i want to do this with different teams as well but i have no idea on how to do it
Corinthians is actually based on a english team!
Did u took off the rules of the league? Like having X british players etc?
That was very interesting. I think the brazilian league is stronger than we might guess. It's definitely on the same level as France and Portugal.
Palmeiras, Flamengo and this season's Fluminense could fight for Champions League spots in any European League except in the Premier, and could even fight for the title in countries like Portugal, the Netherlands and Turkey.
The thing is, the only time we see Brazilian clubs facing European sides is in the Club World Cup, but then it's a squad that in theory is the best in Europe for that year.
But I doubt these clubs would struggle playing against any club that isn't one of those that we put as likely of winning the Champions League
Europeans think that the Brazilian Football Championship is slow, they don't understand that Brazilian states are bigger than European countries, Brazilian clubs usually travel 8 thousand km between matches, which means that, with a favorable score, the players have They have to play at a slower pace to preserve themselves physically. .
Corinthians in debts, what a surprise...
Judging by the fact that out of those 6 teams Flamengo is the only one that was never relegated in Brazil, that seems about right.
It would be interesting if you had show the managers
Can you do Scottish clubs?
What are the rules in English PL? as the brazilians teams have only non eu players.
Well, my team never has been demoted in Brasil and as it seems in Premier League as well. Football heritage I guess
I would like to see all the dutch teams in England. Cause i am dutch. God video btw
For first season they can have problem, about players registration law
Travel costs are so high because there still based in Brazil (idk if you realised this I'm only half way through the vid )
You should do Argentinian as well, not sure if they will do as good as Brazilian teams
I did something similar with Liga MX teams on Fifa.
Would love to see how the do on FM
Gonna be lit
Flamengo has a tradition of never been relegated and it keeps strong even in the premier league.
Actually, I don't think that the nowadays Fluminense under Diniz command will be relegated in the Premier league
how can I get brazilian teams to play in FM23? On my game they are all weird, with the names and brand wrong
How do you list the current abilities?
Great experiment, it's just hard to understand how they get to these evaluations of Brazilian players. The goalkeeper Weverton, for instance, is always in the Brazilian National team, and has the level to play on any team really. Same goes for other good players such as Gabriel, from Flamengo, or the defender Gustavo Gomez, from Palmeiras...
gustavo gomez is paraguayan
You probably didnt change the comtinental european qualification countries
