How many facelift will become expert?
I think 500 lifts makes you official and 1,000 makes you and expert. I have done 1,600 and learn something on every lift.
Lucky him. Great result. Is it possible to permanently remove the facial hair line for 5mm in front of the ears? Of course 6 months after the full recovery?

Generally speaking, at what age for male patients you would lean toward facelift? 50+ ? I understand everyone goal is different, but I hear some surgeons wont recommend doing so like in 40s.
No easy way to answer this question because it is dependent on how much aging the patient has. People begin to get extra jobs and neck skin in their mid 40s while other people get another 10 years without a lot of excess. I practice the mean age for Facelift either male or female is about 54 years old and that includes patients that are 48 and 78.
A man should also consider getting laser or electrolysis during recovery so that the facial hair doesn't quite abut the ear (and around the ear, which can be tough to shave).
Usually it is not a problem, but laser hair removal can assist
