Wondering when you put a 10” or 8” in a bag and you have a 6x9 in the same bag on the lid , doesnt the output of the sub affect the performance of the 6x9 ? Wondering since both are playing against each other in the same enclosure and im thinking the 10s or 8s will distort the sound wave of the 6x9.
Have you ever put a sub in a tour pack and if so can you do a video about it. I was thinking about putting a sub on the lid of my tour pack. Any recommendations?
Hey bro, can you make a video or just comment here comparing putting 2 - 10 inch subwoofers, vs 2 - 10 inch midbass in your saddlebags? I currently have subwoofers and they sound great, debating midbass on my other bike.
I have the PRV MT10w1200 NDY-4 in my stock 22 RGS bags I have braced them. They sound good im not in it for competition but Would adding a port help with the bass/sound quality, if so what size port? They are not sealed. Thanks
Great channel! Question for you...I currently have Diamond Audio 5.25 and 6.5 funning parallel off a RF 400x2 amp. Originally was a Plex Audio on my HDRK. Obviously can't adjust both channels individually, so I'm thinking of... A. Installing a 400x4 amp in the plex box, so I can adjust both sets separate, or B. installing DA 8" in my lowers and using the RF 400x2 amp for them. Any suggestions which would be better? Not too many places in Alberta that have much insight on bike Audio besides HD dealers and they are no help....thanks!

Thank you for the great info. I currently have the prv 10's ported in my stock saddlebags and the port is curved to the rear of the bag giving me 1/2 inch clearance. I'm thinking they should be pointed up to get more air and to stop water from coming in when it's raining. Could I please get your advice or opinion on this sir. Thanks in advance
Carlos, thanks for clarification on bag woofers. What’s your take on Pioneer Pros TS-M800 “8” midbass drivers? I know it’s a budget speaker but specs seem good.
Pioneer is a great company but they like to exaggerate their specifications 50 hertz to 17,000 is not realistic , the speaker has a phase plug in the middle which means it’s a mid range not a mid bass . Spend a little more money and get a set of hertz 200L they are only $100 more for the pair .
Carlos, I’m planning on running 4 Ground Zero 6.5 (Yellow Baskets) on a 2019 Indian Cheiftain. 2 in the bags, 2 in the fairing. With a Dsr1 and Evox 800.4. What do you think about the 5.25 Focals in the fairing instead?

So if there's not enough room for a port, why hasn't someone come up with a way to run a passive radiator?

Is there any reason why you can't put two small 8in subwoofers in the Lids? Like the svc DS18s? Would save alot of bag space.
Very informative Carlos. 👍🏾
Can you do a video on 2 6x9s in each bag? Dual speaker lids facing up.

Yes

Have to baffle the 6x9 so the pressure from the 8 doesn’t affect it
Id remove the 6x9's and put the db drive p9 compression horns in the lids.
