I've love to have more details about the customs process. 10,000P is not much of an exemption. Let's say you're traveling with a couple of laptops, and some camera gear, that could easily be several thousand of USD. What sort of taxes/charges/penalties/etc are you going to get charged, just to have the use of your own things? I'm pretty scared of what customs is going to pull, as I sent my fiancee a gift, and customs charged 50% of the value of the gift just to let it in. If they pull that same thing while I'm stand there with my equipment in hand, that would be a nightmare.

I got asked in London for my e travel information so they do check
It's because your eTravel registration is automatically linked to your passport. So once the immigration officer scans your passport upon arrival in the Philippines, they will see if you've registered to eTravel or not. 😊
They asked to see my Etravel QR code when I arrived in Cebu a few days ago. I had it on my phone and showed it to them.

Hi po sana masagot ito, paano po maka pg email sa embassy manila? Nag apply kasi yung father ko ng SSS retirement benefit kaso mali yung email na nabigay kaya hindi namin na receive yung requirements sana.
The time you landed at manila airport they already log you in at their computers , why such need to do so, Pam pa complicate lang mga yan , di ba redundancy ang nangyayare?

Is it necessary to take photos on each and every items that are inside the suitcase or Balikbayan boxes; or groups of items?
We are flying from Sand Diego to San Franciso then to Manila via Taiwan do we put SF as the departing city. Also concerning phones. We are bringing our Philippines phone we bought in PI over a year ago along with one USA phone, do we need to declare this. and my wife is bringing her gold necklace (wearing it) we bought in 1994. does this need to be declared. I though it says in excess of personal use or am I wrong.

Pag foreign passport, need to register for etravel. But departure, not required to register for foreign passport holders.

I've seen on different video from different vlogger that you can go ahead create an account with etravel way early (even several months prior) from departure and just get back to it within 3-days or 72hrs before your actual departure.

Opo, pwedeng kayo na ang gumawa ng eTravel registration na kasama nyo sa pagbyahe papuntang Pinas. Mas maganda nga po siguro kung isama nyo sa eTravel account nyo yung senior na kasama nyo sa pagbyahe. Para pag nag-register po kayo sa eTravel, kasama na po ang Senior nyo sa mabibigyan ng eTravel QR code.

Yes, enter the details of your flight that will land to Manila. Because your flight from Manila to Cebu is considered as a domestic flight. 😊

Some airlines may not allow you to board but some airlines will let you in and just do it upon arrival.

Para saan paba tong etravel na to na kailangan sa NAIA? 😡 Nonsense na requirements.. kaya tinatawag na one of the worst airport in the world ang NAIA dahil sa mga walang kwentang requirement na to. Palibhasa kasi 19 kopongkopong pa ang systema sa NAIA.

It will be NAIA Terminal 1.
Flight between Manila and Dumaguete is considered a domestic flight, so Manila will be your port of entry in the Philippines.
