Hello! Thank you for the video! I just tried to start this etravel process by creating an account. I was not lucky... I couldn't even begin, since my emailaddress was considered invalid by the system. "Must be a valid email.." I have tried several times with several email addresses. Strange, because I already used the same email many times in contact with Philippine authorities, Cebu Pacific etc. I'd appreciate a lot if somebody has any ideas about what happens..

Hello, I badly need advice as I will be travelling to PH this weekend (June 1).
I have 20-25 boxes of perfume (not luxury brand) and a lot of chocolates, all for pasalubong to my family and friends... I do not have the receipt for it anymore, are they going to look for it? Is perfume under cosmetics? What about chocolates? Where do I declare it?

Hi, may I ask if i should declare even my own personal use, like the cosmetics, if i bought new shoes but for personal use should I declare it also? Because most of my items i will bring with me are for personal use like my clothes, shoes, make up, perfume. Very little pasalubong because we can go to duty free in the phils. It's asking me the country of transit when i choose connecting flight, i'm transiting in Philippines in Manilla then heading to Butuan. So when i go transit it asks me country of transit and there is no Philippines in the list. Something is not right. And if i don't choose connecting flight then it asks me airport of destination and there is no Butuan or BXU airport on the list.
etravel is only for international flights. It doesn't apply to domestic flights in the Philippines

If for personal use, you don't need to declare. Laptops and phones need to be placed in your hand carry. The battery should be fine

Hello Ms Addy, what if the name of the airline does not appear in the "Name of Airline" choices? My itinerary is Air Canada (Ottawa-Toronto) Air Canada (Toronto-Korea) Jeju Air (Korea-Manila). Only Jeju Air shows in the choices... I hope you can help me. :)

You should be fine with the items you mentioned, they're not commercial quantities and more on personal use

Is it required to file again etravel when living the philippines? I am a filipino passport holder, arrived last april 18 and on May 14 leaving the philippines at immigration they told me outbound passenger need to file etravel….
There is no Butuan airport on the list if i choose connecting flight or not. I know it's not your fault but just saying. Maybe i should contact them or maybe you know how to help me. Thanks
Butuan is a domestic flight in the Philippine which etravel doesn't apply domestically
